Join us for the first "Chef Spotlight" with a relaxed afternoon tasting experience featuring seasonal cuisine and estate-grown wines at the Holman Ranch Historic Hacienda.

This curated pairing includes four of Chef Antoine Blandin’s seasonal small bites, each made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients and thoughtfully paired with four Holman Ranch wines. This is a light-bites tasting experience, designed for casual grazing, conversation, and enjoying the afternoon at Holman Ranch Estate.

About the Chef:
Chef Antoine Blandin grew up in the Loire Valley, France, in his family’s hotel restaurant, where his interest in cooking and hospitality began. He later trained in farm-to-table bistros and Michelin-starred kitchens throughout France before moving to Los Angeles in 2018 to help open a French bistro. Now based in Carmel-by-the-Sea, Antoine focuses on seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and simple preparation that allows natural flavors to stand out. His work reflects the French tradition of
l’art de la table, a thoughtful, ingredient-driven approach to cooking and hospitality.
