Join us at the Holman Ranch Tasting Room on Friday, February 13th at 5:30PM for a hands-on workshop just in time for Valentine’s Day.
Learn how to melt, dip, and decorate fresh strawberries using both dark chocolate & white chocolate. Each guest will dip four strawberries, which will then refrigerate for 15 minutes to properly set before decorating. During this time, you'll be treated to a sample chocolate-dipped strawberry. Once strawberries set, guests will return to add your own creative drizzle designs before taking your 4 finished strawberries home in a personal container.
This relaxed, creative evening is perfect for a date night, a fun outing with friends, or a solo treat for yourself to kick off the holiday weekend. Families and children are welcome. All materials will be provided, simply bring your creativity and sweet tooth!
Tickets include one glass of Holman Ranch estate-grown wine to enjoy during the workshop, plus 4 dipped & decorated chocolate-covered strawberries to take home. Additional wine by the glass or bottle may be purchased to enjoy during the workshop.
