We are excited to invite you to a Sound Bath meditation on Sunday, June 29th from 4:00PM to 5:30PM. Meditate while overlooking the breathtaking Santa Lucia Highlands, and leave feeling rejuvenated and centered. After your 60-minute meditation, finish the evening with a glass of Holman Ranch wine as the sun begins to set.

If you are not familiar with Sound Bath meditation, this is a therapeutic experience that uses various sound frequencies to motivate a deep state of relaxation, to reduce stress, and promote healing. During the Sound Bath, you will lie down or sit comfortably while our instructor, Jordy, uses a variety of instruments such as crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes to create soothing and immersive sounds that will envelop your mind and body.

We encourage you to bring a yoga mat or cushion, a blanket, a journal and wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax and fully experience this Sound Bath.

Tickets include one glass of Holman Ranch estate-grown wine after your guided sound bath meditation.
