This relaxed afternoon tasting experience showcases four seasonal small bites crafted with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, each thoughtfully paired with a Holman Ranch wine.

Please note: This experience includes tasting pours paired with small bites, not a full meal.

About the Chef:

Chef Steven Siglin is the founder and chef behind Edible Ambassador, a Monterey County catering company known for creating exceptional dining experiences centered around seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. Inspired by the rich agricultural landscape of California's Central Coast, Chef Steven works closely with local farmers, ranchers, and artisan producers to craft thoughtful, ingredient-driven menus. Since launching Edible Ambassador in 2017, he has catered everything from intimate private dinners and weddings to corporate events and charitable galas. His approach combines a passion for hospitality with a deep appreciation for the people and ingredients that make this region unique, resulting in meals that are both memorable and approachable.

Spend a summer afternoon unwinding at Holman Ranch with a guided yoga flow, estate-grown wine, and panoramic views of the Santa Lucia Mountains.

Join us for Yoga at the Ranch on Sunday, July 26th. This relaxing afternoon begins with a 60-minute yoga flow led by instructors from Om Studios, followed by a glass of Holman Ranch wine, included with your ticket.

All experience levels are welcome. Take a moment to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the beauty of our estate. Please bring a yoga mat, towel, and water bottle, and plan to arrive 15 minutes before class begins.

Yoga at the Ranch will take place rain or shine. In the event of rain, yoga will be held indoors in the Carriage House.

Ticket price includes a 60-minute yoga class and one glass of wine.

Immersed in the peaceful surroundings of Holman Ranch Estate and the natural beauty of Carmel Valley, this immersive retreat is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and recharge. Led by Om Studios' owner and manager, Lindsay Jackson and Jordan Rossow, the experience includes an all-levels yoga flow, guided breathwork, and a restorative sound bath.

Afterward, gather around the table for a family-style supper by local chef Antoine Blandin, alongside estate-grown Holman Ranch wines.

All levels welcome.

Please plan to arrive 30 minutes early. Check-in begins at 1:30PM. Bring your yoga mat, towel, water bottle, journal, and comfortable clothing.
